We do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site.

This will typically include information like your name, mailing address, email address, the kind of request you are making, and any other information necessary to fulfill your request. Each project will be inspected prior to starting any services for such damages and concerns communicated to the customer.

All areas will be inspected to determine the best method of cleaning and refinishing. All work is done to the best of the technician’s professional ability. E.C.S. and its technicians cannot be held responsible for results that do not come out as expected after the completion of the technician’s duties. E.C.S. cannot be held responsible if colors, surfaces and finishes bleed, fade or peel and if plants, trees or foliage of any type withers or dies. Some stains such as rust, dirt dabber nest and oxidizing painted surfaces can not be fully removed
